Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • There are technical issues preventing access, and our support team is unable to resolve them

Refunds are evaluated fairly and case by case.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • A significant portion of the course has already been accessed
  • The refund request is made after the 7-day refund window
  • The purchase was made during a discount, promotion, or bundle offer (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations rather than technical or content issues
  • Downloadable materials or bonuses have already been accessed

Consulting & Mentorship Services

All 1-on-1 consulting, mentorship sessions, and live calls are non-refundable once booked.

If you cannot attend:

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice
  • Missed sessions without notice are considered completed

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence to dispute the claim
  • Restrict future access to Zakariya Academy services
  • Permanently suspend the account if necessary

We always encourage resolving issues directly with us first.
